Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

Here you will find information about your rights regarding withdrawal and returns.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period runs from the day you received your item.

How to return:

1. Notify us within 14 days that you wish to withdraw from your purchase by email: contact@miraa-designs.com.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The seal must not be broken.
4. Send the package back to our address (which you will receive upon inquiry).

Important: You must pay for the return shipping yourself, unless it is a complaint (defect in the item). Remember to save your postal receipt as documentation.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange for another item, we ask you to return the original item (as described above) and make a new purchase on the webshop. This ensures the fastest process.

Refund

Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to the payment card you used for the purchase. It can take up to 5-7 business days before the money is visible in your account.
