Terms and Conditions

The following sales and delivery terms apply to all deliveries from Miraa Designs.

1. Payment

At Miraa Designs, we accept payment with VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and MobilePay. The amount will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped.

All prices are in Euro (EUR) or Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

2. Delivery

Miraa Designs sends packages with relevant courier companies. Delivery time is typically 1-4 business days from shipment.

We only deliver to addresses in Denmark. The shipping price is stated before ordering and depends on the chosen delivery method. We offer free shipping on purchases over 500 DKK.

3. Right of Complaint

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacture.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product/service.

Miraa Designs will cover return costs to a reasonable extent in the event of a justified complaint.

4. Right of Withdrawal

A 14-day full right of return is given on items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

Note: Since our products are cosmetic goods (perfume, oils), the right of withdrawal expires if the packaging/seal is broken, for hygiene reasons and health protection.

5. Reservations

We reserve the right for printing errors, price changes, and sold-out items.
